Power Grid: Australia & Indian Subcontinent

This double-sided expansion adds maps and rules for Australia and the Indian Subcontinent. In Australia, the power network is fragmented, so connecting to cities generally costs more, while uranium is mined for export rather than used in power plants. On the Indian Subcontinent, expanding too quickly can trigger widespread power outages. Resources come from a limited market that may not provide enough for every player.
