Rival Restaurants

Players compete to be the first restaurant to reach 20 popularity points by buying, trading and assembling ingredients to complete recipes. Each round proceeds in three phases: collect income and pick a location (movement is locked after choosing), a timed buy-and-barter phase where purchases are limited to the current location but trades may occur with anyone, and a cook-and-counter phase where completed recipes score popularity. Each player fields a chef with an asymmetrical power and selects a restaurant with its own level-up rewards at set popularity milestones. Optional one-use development (action) cards are available for purchase to add tactical variability.
