RuneQuest Cities

A support sourcebook for fantasy roleplaying in urban settings, providing tools for developing towns and cities beyond a specific campaign world. It includes more than 60 tables and numerous sub-tables for random encounters, city activities, dangers, characters, and other events. A city-populating procedure assigns logical functions to buildings and helps create detailed settlements. A character catch-up system determines what player characters do during extended absences, while encounter tables provide meetings ranging from tipsy fools to dangerous sorcerers. The material is designed for use with RuneQuest and can be adapted to other fantasy settings.
