It describes the region’s towns, villages, cities, technologies, and factions, including blue elves, sand fairies, and the mutant wizard Blackwolf. The book includes a detailed map, random mutant generation charts, new creatures, skills, and background packages, along with a full-length adventure that leads characters through the hostile land. It requires the Ralph Bakshi’s Wizards Basic Game.
