Secret Vault of the Windswept Island

An adventure for characters of levels 1–3, set on a remote island where a death cult’s dungeon conceals a passage to an extraplanar vault. The vault contains a powerful sword bound to the soul of the death deity’s most devoted follower. The scenario includes a special mechanic for character death, allowing a final mistake or sacrifice to affect the fate of trapped companions and the surviving party.
