A cooperative tactical boss-battle game set in the silent halls of Miskatonic University, where heroes face three awakening Great Old Ones: The Dunwich Horror, Tsathoggua, and Yig. Players coordinate five new characters, manage their skills and powers, and make narrative choices while keeping their sanity as madness rises. Heroes can unlock “last resort” actions, but reaching their madness limit causes lasting setbacks. Integration with the Teburu system handles rules, effects, enemy reactions, and story developments as the Great Old Ones evolve in real time. The box includes two double-sided maps and environmental standees, with access to a digital expansion adding a competitive 2v2 mode.
