The Book of Familiars (C&C)

A fantasy roleplaying supplement expands familiar and animal companion rules across thirteen core classes. Characters can gain companions suited to their paths, including a barbarian’s spirit guide, a fighter’s weapon, a monk’s ancestral spirit, a rogue’s living shadow, or a paladin’s bond with arms and armor. The book provides class-specific rules designed to fit the existing system without adding significant complexity, along with entries for more than 150 animals and monsters.
