The Book of Taverns Volume One

This supplement presents two taverns for fantasy roleplaying campaigns, each with a distinct setting, history, NPCs, and adventure hooks. The Trireme is a quiet establishment devoted to philosophical debate, fine food, and private drinking, while Vain Robert’s Gibbet is a rough dockside bar that conceals a coven of elite seafarers fighting an evil beneath the sea. Game masters can use the taverns as places for characters to meet, investigate, argue, find employment, or cause trouble. Descriptions and story prompts support encounters with the local inhabitants, from lively conversations to violent confrontations.
