The O.R.C.A. Agenda

Players take on the roles of STORM Operators sent to rescue a Navy undersea research platform from a supernatural threat. Their actions and choices in the first scene shape the events of the second, where they assume their SUPERS! alter egos as the danger reaches the shore and threatens civilian lives. The scenario includes six detailed Operators, multiple approaches to each scene, and new enemies such as the Savage Merlock. The first scene is designed for Search & Destroy: Modern Action Toolkit, with alternate rules for use with standard SUPERS! RED rules.
