The Shadow Over Providence

Set in Providence, Rhode Island, in 1928, this Call of Cthulhu scenario brings investigators to the Milton Hotel to attend an exhibition of ancient Egyptian artifacts. Among the treasures is a mysterious canopic jar linked to Ibnhotep the Mad. Players take the roles of historians, scholars, or illicit antiquities dealers who investigate the exhibition, question its curator, and uncover the dangers surrounding the artifacts. The scenario is designed for one Keeper and up to three players, with pregenerated investigators included or characters created using the Call of Cthulhu rules.
