They Could be Gods

While traveling through deep space, the crew encounters a severe ion storm that drains the ship’s power and causes widespread damage. One or more travelers are affected differently, first appearing near death before developing rapidly increasing psionic abilities. The other characters must investigate the changes and decide how to respond as their companions become increasingly powerful and dangerous. Choices may include abandoning them, submitting to their control, or confronting the consequences of the transformation.
