This expansion adds new modular river tiles that change the board layout and introduce water terrain affecting track placement. It includes ten blue action discs that provide a new action option during players’ action phases, and five ticket inspector tokens that interact with route management and scoring. Components fit into a blue cover flap for storage and integrate with the base game’s setup and turn structure.
