Underbelly Extra Issue #1

This supplement explores the darker side of a world of superhumans, focusing on covert operations, criminal syndicates, vigilantes, and superhuman killers. It details the Brotherhood of the Black Lotus, a criminal organization led by the Black Lama, and Nightdevil, an infrared-sighted vigilante seeking revenge for his father’s death. The Brotherhood is presented with game statistics for use with the Search & Destroy rules.
