This campaign setting follows the NKKC, Japan’s emergency rescue agency, as it responds to disasters across Earth, Luna, and orbit. It details the agency’s history, organization, facilities, international relationships, and memetics division, including its lunar base, Earth offices, orbital satellites, and rescue drop ships. Players create human, parahuman, bioroid, infomorph, researcher, or memeticist operatives and use specialized bioroids, cybershells, and microbot swarms to save lives. Campaign guidance and adventure seeds cover incidents ranging from wildfires to catastrophic hull failures, with material that can also be added to an existing Transhuman Space campaign.
