Leviathan

An asymmetrical two-player micro wargame set at sea where one side commands a whaling fleet and the other controls a giant white whale and its pod. Play uses an 18-card deck as the only game components; cards act as the units and determine actions, while movement is measured physically on any flat surface with hidden movement for the whale player. The whale player wins by destroying the whaleship; the fleet wins by slaying the white whale. Rules are compact and resolve tactical encounters in short, 15-minute sessions, emphasizing maneuver, detection, and direct combat.
