Rum & Pirates

Guia una tripulació de pirates pels carrerons del seu amagatall, competint en concursos de beure, baralles i altres aventures per aconseguir rom i guanyar renom. Els jugadors comparteixen el control del capità, utilitzant el moviment i decisions tàctiques per visitar ubicacions i aconseguir punts. Al final de cadascuna de les cinc rondes, els pirates competeixen pels millors espais per dormir a bord del vaixell. Els taulers, les fitxes i les tirades de daus variables ofereixen oportunitats canviants, alhora que mantenen senzilles les regles de moviment i recollida.

This is a super light route building game, where players get cute little pirate meeples that they lay down behind the path of the red action pawn that players move around the board to collect tiles of different point values when they land on an intersection space. A few of the tile collection methods require die rolls, which feels a little uncomfortable among the other mechanisms in the game. Still, the game is pretty fun for what it is, however I don't think I need to own this. ★ Art and components ☆ Innovative mechanics ★ Handles 5 or more players ★ Good with min or max players ★ Low time between turns ☆ Comfortable complexity ☆ Re-playability ★☆☆ Enjoyment

Too sticky for me. The mutiny mechanic that gets you moving pirates from one side of a thing to the other is interesting but tedious and random in reality.
