This PDF provides fourteen gene therapy templates for modifying existing NPC stat blocks in a futuristic setting. The templates create genetically engineered character types such as navigators, canine-melds, and trackers, along with eleven additional options. A GM can apply them to quickly transform NPCs, and with permission, use them to alter player characters.
