The gases may arise naturally or from magical catastrophes, alchemical experiments, and interdimensional incursions, with effects including memory loss, flesh transformed to copper, and disturbing visions. It also includes the new spell Niznoc's exhalation, allowing characters to harness these dangerous vapors.
