Build, deal and raze a new state in the ruins of the United States. Choose from eight factions, develop locations, recruit leaders and assign workers to gain resources and skills. Each location can be invaded for a one-time reward, signed into a recurring contract or attached to the state for its special ability. This edition includes the base game, six expansions, mini-expansions, promos, upgraded components and a dedicated playmat for No Man’s Land.
