Players try to score as few bullheads (penalty points) as possible by playing numbered cards into four ascending rows. Each round, everyone selects a number card from their hand simultaneously and reveals them; cards are then placed one by one into the row whose end has the highest value lower than the played number. When a sixth card would be added to a row, the player who played it takes the five cards already there as penalty points and starts the row with their card. This edition adds 28 special cards and shortens play to two rounds: players receive three special cards each and may play one just before placing a number to alter row placement, open or block rows, insert or move cards, allow extra cards, or replace plays. After two rounds, players total penalty points; the lowest score wins.
