This roleplaying supplement expands a dark fantasy setting threatened by the abominations known as the Old Ones. It presents additional player options tied to one of Vathak’s regions, including new feats, spells, traits, and other character choices. The material supports heroes resisting the encroaching evil as well as survivors focused on enduring a world of corruption, despair, and twisted faith, and can be adapted for campaigns set elsewhere in Vathak.
