An adventure setting details the dangerous wilderness of post-apocalyptic Africa, where demonic Horsemen threaten to destroy all life on Earth and spread their devastation through the dimensional Rifts. The setting includes the Phoenix Empire, a monster-filled Egypt ruled by the evil Chiang-Ku Dragon Pharaoh Rama-Set, the return of Egyptian gods and their minions, character statistics for Erin Tarn and Victor Lazlo, regional maps, and the four powerful monsters known as the Horsemen of the Apocalypse.
