Built around the crypt of a famed paladin crusader, the settlement serves as a refuge, pilgrimage destination, and final resupply point before the mountain pass. Its strategic location has brought wealth and danger, while secrets from its past and threats beyond its cliffs endanger the wilderness fortress. The village can serve as a campaign stop, adventure site, or player character home.
