Players explore an asylum setting as investigators pursue clues, confront deranged inmates, and contend with mental strain and doubt. The scenario advances a continuing narrative within a larger cycle, introducing new encounters, locked areas, and revelations that deepen the campaign’s story. The pack also adds twenty-four player cards (two copies each of twelve unique cards) that include patron resources and cards that enable recovery or lesson-based effects, expanding deckbuilding and player options for subsequent scenarios.
