Bluff, isolate opponents, and collect the most pearls for your divers. Players place pontoons to divide the sea into regions or deploy divers with hidden strengths. Once the sea is enclosed, each region awards its pearls to the player with the strongest total diver value. Advanced rules add special powers and reinforcement tokens that can alter diver strength, placement, or the boundaries of a region.
