Ascension: Storm of Souls – Cetra, Guide of Ogo Promo

A promotional Lifebound hero card offered through event participation. It functions as a high-cost (8 runes) card that, when acquired, lets the player take every hero in the center row without paying their individual costs and place them on top of their deck in any order. This changes deckbuilding and timing by allowing a sudden influx of heroes and by controlling the next draws; players use it to assemble combinations or set up powerful turns.
