ASL: March Madness 2013 Commissar Pack

This scenario pack features eight Advanced Squad Leader scenarios focused on Soviet commissars during World War II. The engagements cover battles from 1941–1942, including urban fighting, fortified positions, amphibious landings, night attacks, extreme winter conditions, and forest operations against partisans. The scenarios range from small to large, with Soviet and German forces supported by fortifications, artillery, tanks, engineers, naval infantry, and Romanian or partisan units. Players attack or defend bridges, villages, hills, buildings, and bunker complexes across varied boards, with water obstacles, ice, mines, wire, pillboxes, tunnels, and other terrain shaping each battle. Soviet commissars use rule A25.22, with several scenarios emphasizing massed infantry attacks and difficult defensive positions.
