It explores practical uses such as hiding motionless for extended periods, sleeping safely while transformed, and providing shelter or support during an adventure. The spell can also function underwater, transforming the caster into rooted kelp able to breathe water for the duration. Additional rules and options examine the limitations and hazards of remaining in plant form.
