Barrage: Executive Officer Promo D

A new executive officer for Barrage, originally distributed at Modena Play 2022. When fulfilling a Contract worth less than the energy produced, the player advances on the Energy Track only by the excess energy. During the End of Round Phase, the marker returns to the lower limit of the current round section if that limit has been reached.
