Belfort: Her Majesty's Civil Service

This expansion adds new modules and rules to the city-building game, introducing additional ways to alter the playing area, score districts, and gain advantages. Players can move the Queen between districts and activate her powers by building there. The Heritage Preservation Society removes spaces from districts, while Ms. Parks and Mr. Rex change how districts score based on their positions. The Locksmith Guild grants influence to the player who wins its favor, but that support can shift to another player. An optional rules set also streamlines play and emphasizes precise timing.
