Blue Beast

A Living Forgotten Realms adventure set in Elturgard, where fear and discrimination drive spellscarred citizens from their homes. Characters investigate the evil preying on the refugees while advancing the Controlling Chaos Major Quest. Designed for heroic-tier characters of levels 1–10, it continues the story begun in ELTU3-2.
