Blue Moon: Emissaries & Inquisitors – Allies

This expansion adds 30 cards to the Blue Moon card pool rather than forming a standalone deck. Its cards can be distributed among the other available decks, introducing Interference cards that allow reactions during an opponent’s turn, powerful Hyla that affect the game as a whole, and Tutu that provide strength at a cost. Emissary cards can be added directly to other decks, while Inquisitor cards modify deck-building restrictions.
