Kapitán Flip
Hoist a flag, recruit a colorful crew, and collect gold coins across several voyages. On a turn, draw a tile from a bag, decide to keep it or flip it, then place it on a personal board to build a crew pattern. Each tile represents one of nine characters and provides scoring opportunities based on placement and combinations. Four different player boards introduce distinct tactical objectives, encouraging pattern-building and planning as players aim to maximize coin income by the end of the game.

Can I flip the tile I draw?
Yes — you may choose to flip the tile, but if you flip it you must keep the new (flipped) Character (p. 2).
Where do I place the tile I drew?
Place the tile on the lowest empty space of any column on your board (p. 2).
When do I apply the tile's effects — the immediate effect versus a highest-space bonus?
Apply the Character’s immediate effect right after placing the tile; then, if that Character is on the highest space of a column, apply their highest-space immediate bonus (p. 2).
Does the Monkey need to be placed next to another tile to use its flip effect?
No — if you don’t place the Monkey adjacent to another tile, you simply do not apply its Flip effect (p. 4).
When does the game end and how are ties resolved?
When a player completes four columns, finish the round (or end immediately if the last player completed their fourth column); then apply endgame effects and score columns left-to-right. In a tie the player holding the Treasure Map wins, otherwise tied players share the victory (p. 3).
