This Star Fleet Universe supplement presents new fiction, reference material, tactics, scenarios, and game updates. It includes an expanded database, an index of characters and settings, guidance on X-Ships, and articles covering Federation & Empire, Prime Directive, Star Fleet Missions, and Warlord. The scenarios feature hostage rescues, convoy interceptions, mauler engagements, Andromedan Vipers, Jindarians, Tholians, and the Mulakee monster. Additional material includes eight new ships, a 16-page FRAX SSD book, new term papers, Federation & Empire campaign rules, and updates for PF flotillas and fleet balancing.
