Castlecards

Players command a small fortress defended by three wall cards and a single castle card; the goal is to destroy opponents’ walls and then their castle to win. Each turn a player draws a Town card and may play one or more cards as an action, using soldiers, bowmen and other units to assemble attacks or assign defenders to walls and castles. Additional decks supply specialized options: Siege cards provide powerful attack engines purchasable with builders and gold, Academy cards offer tactical reactions to reduce or avoid damage, and the Dungeon adds exploratory challenges that award extra Town cards when overcome. Combat compares total sword values against shield defenses to determine card destruction.
