Players settle the Nile Valley, using ox carts to transport resources like cattle, papyrus and stone to build villages, temples and roads. A dice-driven production system determines which terrain yields resources each turn, while a chariot-like robber can block income and be moved by players. Optional god cards introduce asymmetric powers, and a pyramid variant adds papyrus boats and block-building to compete for special rewards. Play focuses on resource management, trading with other players, and strategic placement to expand influence across the floodplain.
