A police campaign for Agencia Especial set in the city of San Felipe. It details the city’s ten districts, police organization, procedures, equipment, daily work, major gangs and antagonists, and dozens of named and generic characters. Maps, location plans, pregenerated agents, and additional rules cover vehicles, weapons, mental health, and street events. The campaign includes six linked adventures in which the Antiviolence officers investigate cases while facing a conspiracy and the consequences of their personal and professional lives. A shorter interlude campaign, tracking tools, and tables for generating new cases are also included.
