Yes — each Rush Token lets you move one extra cell and take the Ingredient Token you land on, and you may use any number of Rush Tokens on your turn; used Rush Tokens are returned to the Supply Area (page 3).

Yes — you can pass through the same cell several times on your turn and even end your turn on the cell you started on (page 3).

You cannot transfer Ingredient Tokens that are already in a cup to another cup, but you may return any unwanted Ingredient Tokens you gained that turn to the Supply Area and you may empty any number of cups (discarding their contents) on your turn (page 3).

If the cup's contents do not match the Order Card, the Order cannot be completed and you must return both the cup and the Order Card to where they were before the order was marked ready (page 3).

The two players to the left of the active player must each take the same number of Order Cards that were just completed and place them on their tab 1, with the player immediately left taking all required cards before the next player does (page 3).

At the beginning of your turn you may discard 3 completed Order Cards to flip an Upgrade Tile face up; the upgrade is active immediately, stays active for the rest of the game, and upgrade effects stack (page 4).
