This collection of four Delta Green operations introduces agents to investigations involving cosmic horror and unnatural threats. In 2010, NASA astronauts and civilians uncover terrifying truths during a satellite repair in orbit. In 2011, U.S. soldiers investigate ancient hungers in an overlooked Afghan valley. In 2012, CDC personnel respond to a strange viral outbreak in rural Arizona. A final operation brings surviving characters together to infiltrate a Kansas cult and prevent a catastrophic incursion. The scenarios span military, scientific, medical, and covert investigative settings, with agents confronting dangers at a severe personal cost.
