Cro-Magnum

A power level 10 rogue, this time-traveling thug claims to be a caveman with an obsession for firearms. Big, tough, and heavily armed, he carries everything from rifles and pistols to machine guns and flintlocks. Designed as an iconic character in the Beacon City setting, he can also be added to other campaigns with little alteration. He serves as a dangerous nemesis for heroes opposed to firearms, provoking firefights to test his latest weapons and threatening the safety of the city’s citizens.
