An expansion that adds a cosmic Outer God and new cultist content to the cooperative horror campaign. It introduces a looming Elder presence and an ally-turned-adversary figure, additional Elder One and monster cards, mythos cards and tokens to integrate with existing episodes. Players incorporate the new figures and cards into their ongoing games, adapting scenarios to the expanded threat and resolving encounters, mythos effects and token-driven mechanics as they attempt to survive and complete episodes.
