Electric Mangrove

Electric Mangrove is a board game for 0 players.

A tropical sci-fi RPG setting set in a remote swamp terraformed by hard-coded alien robots. Mutated creatures, strange flora, charged waters, corrosive rains, and remnants of old and new structures fill the mangrove. The gatefold sleeve doubles as a GM screen, with a map, procedures for running the setting, and tables for encounters, insect swarms, and acid waters. An eight-page booklet describes creatures, inhabitants, key locations, and two ready-to-play adventures. The accompanying music evokes exploration through immersive sound design, analog synthesizers, and influences from South American, Caribbean, and African music.
