Federation Commander: War and Peace

A fast-playing starship combat game set in the Star Fleet Universe. Players maneuver fleets, manage ship systems, and engage in tactical battles using mounted game boards, ship control cards, and counters. This supplement adds three empires: the ISC, which attempts to preserve peace after the General War; the Andromedans, invaders from another galaxy with exotic technology; and the Vudar, a subject race of the Klingon Empire. It is supported by Boosters 28–30.
