Floor Plan: Tom & Zee Client Promos

Adds one Build client and one Design client to Floor Plan, providing new demand cards for varied setups. Build requirements include arranging furnishings in a dining room or connecting a kitchen with a window to a tree to other rooms. Design requirements include creating a pool with a stone surrounded by water or building a deck adjacent to at least three trees with specific section connections.
