Freedom City Street-Level Archetypes

This Mutants & Masterminds supplement provides ten ready-to-play archetypes for street-level games set in Freedom City, covering heroes, villains, and civilians transformed by extraordinary events. Each archetype includes complete game statistics and a Freedom City-specific background, from armed citizens and martial-arts students to emerging mutants, gadget users, superpowered orphans, and survivors of a dangerous overdose. The archetypes can also be adapted for NPCs in games of any power level or used as incoming students in Hero High.
