An expansion for a Rome-versus-Carthage strategy game set during the Second Punic War. It adds Philip V of Macedon as a Carthaginian leader, with a new miniature and leader card, reflecting Macedonia’s alliance with Carthage and its planned intervention in Italy. Two strategy cards introduce stealth movement options: Desert March moves a small army between North African locations and Gades with an attrition roll, while Hidden Cove allows an army to move to or from Genua as though it were a port, unless opposed by another card.
