Vládce Tokia: Ještě silnější!

Adds individualized evolution decks for each monster so players customize abilities during play. Players pick a monster and use its eight Evolution cards to build a personal shuffled deck; drawing occurs when a player gains three hearts at the end of her turn. Evolution cards may be played at any time and grant one-time or permanent effects that change dice results, grant bonuses, or alter actions. Includes a new monster and optional setup variants (start with a random Evolution, choose between two, or draft Evolutions). Creature type icons appear on cards for potential future use. Win by reaching the usual victory conditions—scoring 20 points or being the last monster standing.

When do you draw an Evolution card?

If your monster ends its rolls with at least 3 hearts, you draw the top Evolution from your monster’s deck (keep it secret). (page 2)

Can I use hearts to draw an Evolution while I'm in Tokyo?

Yes — hearts do not need to be used to regain life, and you may use the hearts to draw an Evolution even when in Tokyo. (page 2)

Does drawing an Evolution replace the normal healing from hearts?

No — the Evolution card is in addition to any healing that would normally occur; if you have no Evolutions left in your deck, a roll of 3 hearts simply does nothing special. (page 2)

When can I reveal or play an Evolution I drew?

Monsters keep their Evolutions secret until they choose to play them, and they may play them at any time. (page 2)

What's the difference between Temporary and Permanent Evolutions?

Temporary Evolutions are discarded after being played; Permanent Evolutions stay in play and function like a Keep card from the base game. (pages 2–3)

Can base-game power cards (like Mimic or Parasitic Tentacles) copy or buy Evolutions?

No — power cards that refer to 'cards' in the base set do not apply to Evolutions (e.g., Mimic cannot copy an Evolution and Parasitic Tentacles cannot purchase opponents' Evolutions). (page 2)
