Magical Beasts & Climactic Encounters

This Pathfinder supplement introduces a collection of magical beasts for use in caves, forests, mountains, deserts, oceans, and the skies. Creatures include tremorlizards, hourglass jian cranes, lava toads, behirs, remorhazes, unique owlbears, metallic tortoises, and air- and sea-dwelling unicorn variants. It also provides guidelines for building cinematic encounters, including one-time abilities, arena actions, and additional initiatives for major battles. New companions and familiars are included, along with templates that can give existing companions planar, elemental, mechanical, giant, or possessed traits.
