A layered mystery follows the Krammer family, who appear to be a typical affluent American household from the outside. Each level reveals a deeper reality within their luxurious, mysterious apartment in the Dakota, uncovering secrets, rivalries, infidelity, madness, and death. The story explores how much of the family’s darkness comes from its members and how much is caused by the apartment itself.
