Mazes

A guide to building and exploring mazes in fantasy roleplaying campaigns. It presents three approaches to running a maze, discusses the advantages and drawbacks of “cheating,” and provides tools for creating mazes from the ground up, including racial designs, underground and exterior locations, maze components, random generation, Challenge Ratings, templates, and inhabitants. The player material introduces the Explorer core class, four prestige classes, new feats, and spells. The book is organized so that the maze-construction sections remain for the Game Master, while the later chapters can be shared with characters trapped within a maze.
